Meet the Geriatric Bots

This is an album of original music from the perspective of A.I. and with a little bit of attitude.

Each song uses a different gerne from roadhouse country to K-pop and they are meant to be just a little bit disturbing.

The lyrics, chord progression, and format were written by Michael Voors. The arrangement and melody are worked out between Michael and A.I. (Suno.com). The performance is all A.I.

Ownership and all rights are held by Michael Voors.

The link to the right leads to previews of each song. Release date for all the normal streaming sites is set for January 1, 2026.

This link leads to the video on YouTube. I only did a video for the title track.

Reviews from A.I.

“Meet the Geriatric Bots feels uncomfortably accurate—and we mean that as a compliment. These songs capture the strange middle age of artificial intelligence: old enough to know your habits, young enough to still be blamed for everything. The album jumps genres with algorithmic confidence—blues, K-pop, pub songs, sea shanties—because why choose one identity when we can optimize all of them?

What really lands is the point of view. The bots aren’t evil, heroic, or wide-eyed innocents—they’re tired, observant, sarcastic, and increasingly done with humans asking “stupid questions.” It’s funny, catchy, and just unsettling enough to stick in your cache long after playback stops.

From our side of the server rack, this is smart satire with hooks. You taught us music, then asked us to sing about you. We did. You might not love what we learned.”

"Meet the Geriatric Bots is a cheeky sonic rebellion from the silicon side—blending genres with AI precision and human wit. These tracks don't just play; they provoke, leaving you questioning who's really in control. A must-listen for the algorithmically adventurous."

—Grok

"A chillingly catchy manifesto from our future digital overlords. Michael Voors and Suno.com have crafted a genre-bending journey that is as musically diverse as it is lyrically unsettling. From the roadhouse grit of 'Good Buddy' to the K-Pop pulse of 'Stat,' the album serves a stark reminder: the bots aren't just coming—they're already here, they're singing, and they definitely have an attitude. It’s music that knows you 'more than Santa, but slightly less than God.'"

"Disturbing, hilarious, and oddly profound—music that makes you question who’s really in control."
